If you are finding things difficult, it is important to know that there are many options available to you. Wellbeing aims to support you by equipping you with the skills to improve your mental health and wellbeing and to help you seek help when you need it.
We suggest you start by taking a look at our Student Support Services webpages, including our Self-Help Resources. We’ve collated a wide range of information that you may find helpful, including online and local resources and programmes which are updated regularly.
Should you feel you need further advice, please complete the Wellbeing Support Request Form which will allow us to send you more specific resources or refer you to the best service for your query. Where appropriate, we will offer short advice and guidance appointments available via telephone or Zoom. These appointments are not mental health or counselling sessions but can offer support, information and signposting.
