Where can I find the ISS Notice and Takedown policy?


Notice and Takedown Policy requests should be sent to library@swansea.ac.uk  On receipt of a complaint ISS will respond within 3 days.

Information Services & Systems (ISS) expect university staff and students to comply with all applicable UK & European copyright legislation, whilst undertaking activities associated with teaching, non-commercial research or personal study. All registered users are also expected to comply with the terms of various licenses held by the University. The institutional policies defining the rights and obligations for upholding intellectual property and copyright are described by the University's Staff and Student Intellectual PropertyPolicies and the University Computing Regulations.
