Why have I not received my funding from Student Finance Wales/England?


There are many reasons why this might have happened. First of all, ring the Student Finance company and get them to check your record. They may tell you that they are waiting for confirmation of your enrolment from us. We do this once you have collected your ID card from the Library. If more than a week has elapsed since this collection please contact myunihub@swansea.ac.uk and we will investigate.
