Students are considered for the award of an exit qualification if they are not permitted a chance to progress or redeem failures on their current programme.

Students who are awarded a decision of ‘Fail’ by a University Examination Board or who withdraw from the university before completing their programme may, depending on the number of credits attained at the appropriate level at the time of exiting from the University, qualify for an ‘Exit Award’.
