This can happen for a number of reasons:
- The student must be enrolled/enrolling.
- If the register is a Tutor/Supervisor based register, then the student’s supervisor must be you.
- If the register is a Module based register, then the student must be enrolled on that Module.
- If the register is a Seminar based register, then the student must be listed in the Seminar groups uploaded by your Colleges Admin team.
Items 1, 2 and 3 can be checked on the University Intranet. Item 4 must be checked with your College Admin team.
